We’ve run into a problem with Harry and his oft-dominant ways. For some reason (actually it’s pretty obvious why), Harry sees himself as completely dominant over our #2 and only son Jackson. Every time we look at Harry when Jackson’s around him or interacting with him, it’s like, “Not you again! You’re so annoying!” Interestingly, he has a completely different, respectful relationship with Miss 2, Lucy.
Anyway, here’s the main issue. Harry keeps peeing in Jackson’s new, carpeted room. It’s driving us batty. We’ve all been as diligent as possible with keeping the door closed, but any chance he gets, he’s in there with his leg up.
What’s the best way to keep a dog out of a specific room?

We were a little worried moving to a new home since dogs are renowned for having trouble transitioning. What’s more, Harry was going through another rough patch in terms of behaviour. But, strangely, he’s never been happier. Go figure.
